Shipping Policy

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Shipping is FREE on orders of $49 or more. The standard shipping fee is $3 on orders less than $49. If you would like faster shipping, please select your shipping method at checkout. The fast shipping fee is $12.99.

1)After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Generally, your order will arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

2)In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

3)If you didn't get all items at the same time, your order may be shipped in separate parcels. Please don't worry!

4)If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service(support@fepeges.com) to verify or contact the local post service to verify ASAP.

5)CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
